What is Infertility?

Infertility is the inability to achieve pregnancy despite one year of regular unprotected intercourse. For women over 35 or those with known medical conditions, evaluation should not be delayed.

Evaluation in Women

  • Ovarian reserve tests
  • Hormone analyses
  • Ovulation monitoring
  • Pelvic ultrasound and imaging
  • Hysterosalpingography (HSG)

Evaluation in Men

  • Semen analysis (spermiogram)
  • Hormone tests when needed
  • Physical examination
